Profile

Strategy, investments, international business.

I have lived, studied and worked across nine countries on four continents: Singapore, Paris, Rabat, Ottawa, Stockholm, Brussels, Madrid and now New York. Coordinating across markets reads as normal to me rather than as an obstacle.

My direction is strategy, investments and international business. I am currently in New York specialising in alternative investments, and the work I want is the work of deciding where capital and effort should go: sizing a market, pressure testing the assumptions under a plan, and writing the recommendation that follows.

Every role so far has been training for that. At Radisson, portfolio wide commercial analysis across 120+ hotels and 610 unauthorized users. At Sotheby's, client advisory and market work on 500+ luxury listings between €1M and €30M. At Estée Lauder, product thinking inside a global beauty portfolio. At Electrolux, category and portfolio analysis. At LOEWE, the client side of luxury demand. At sixteen, a company of my own.

Concretely I am open to consulting, wealth management on the investment side, corporate finance in technology, healthcare and other sectors, and real estate or hospitality roles where the mandate is development, investment or asset allocation. The sectors I came through are evidence, not the destination.

I am based in New York and hold a three year OPT visa, so no sponsorship is required for the first three years.

What I do

Portfolio data audits

Going site by site across a portfolio in many markets to find where the numbers stop reconciling, in access, reporting accuracy or listing data, and saying which gaps are formatting and which are risk.

Commercial performance analysis

Pricing, commercial and operational performance read together, then turned into a recommendation a director can act on the same week.

Transformation delivery support

Business requirements, KPI and reporting frameworks, implementation roadmaps and executive steering materials for programs run with external partners.

Cross market rollout

100+ commercial initiatives coordinated across EMEA and APAC, from contracting through deployment, with the follow through that keeps them from stalling.

Recommendation

Elinor is very efficient, willing, always available and has a very creative side. She was diligent, respectful of processes, and careful with deliverables. Within a clear and structured framework, she completed assigned tasks and made progress in autonomy and prioritisation over time.

Five languages

French, Swedish, Dutch, Spanish, English.

I am French and Swedish, raised in Brussels, and I work in all five. That is not a line on a CV so much as the reason cross border work feels ordinary to me: client floors in Paris, category teams in Stockholm, commercial stakeholders across EMEA and APAC, a listings network in Belgium, all in their own language.

Tools

Excel (modelling, reconciliation, large file clean up), SPSS, PowerPoint for executive steering material, WordPress, and AI assisted research and analysis.
